Air conditioning units

• The use of heating and air conditioning via long-current is not permitted by our power grid

 

Barrier

• Barrier times: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

• The barrier does not open when you approach it!

• This is how we guarantee quiet times on our site

• Do not park the vehicle unattended in front of the closed barrier

 

Bread Service

• If you want to order bread rolls, you must hand in the completed order form at reception by 6 p.m.

• These are then ready for collection from reception from 8 a.m.

 

CamperClean

• A child's play machine that takes care of emptying, cleaning and refilling the chemical toilet cassette

• The cost of €2.50 is paid with the transponder card with the 'X' mark on the machine

• MicroGreen is used refilled, which is similar to the conventional chemical agent

 

Carpet

• Everyone likes a beautiful green lawn, so carpets can only be laid on a paved surface

 

Check-out

• Check-out is possible from 8 a.m. and normally around 11 a.m.

• All transponder cards and loans are handed in directly

• Departure from 3 p.m. is possible for an additional charge of €6 per pitch, provided the pitch is still available

 

Day guest

• Please register your visit with us at reception

 

Dogs

• Our guests must not be disturbed by barking dogs

• Leashes are mandatory throughout the site

• Dog fences must not be set up

• Dogs must not be left alone in the camping vehicle

 

Entry and exit

• As the campsite only has one entrance, you should watch out for possible oncoming traffic when leaving and give wayto it

• We are happy to offer the service of pulling up caravans with our own pick-up when you leave

 

Gas bottles

• We offer you the exchange of the gray 5kg and 11kg gas bottles​

Ice cream

• Our campsite is often visited by a regional ice cream truck

• Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. it then makes a round of the site

 

Manual emptying of the chemical toilet cassette

• You can find the emptying option on the asphalted parking area above the upper sanitary building

• Under the roof you will find a door with a corresponding sign on it​

 

Opening and closing times

• Reception:           8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Barrier:                8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

• Swimming pool: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 19:00 p.m.

• Showers:             7:00 a.m. – 22:00 p.m.

• Scullery:               8:00 a.m. – 22:00 p.m.

 

Parking area (car)

• Towing vehicles can also be parked at the parking space, but it is better to park in front of the barrier

• In front of the barrier, cars can best be parked on the lawn opposite the reception

• The Hobbit Houses and MaxiPods have their own parking lot right infront of it

• Please note the restricted areas

 

Parking regulations (camper)

• Our instructions for parking the camper van must be followed so that we can, among other things, To be able to meet fire safety requirements and guarantee you the best of the respective space

• You don't want to pass salt to each other at lunch ;)

 

Payment

• You pay all costs at check-out

• Payment in cash and card possible (just no American Express!)

Pool

• We open and end the pool season depending on the weather

• The pool is unheated and always has an outside temperature

• Please observe the general pool rules

 

Quiet times

• Lunchtime: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Nighttime: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Reception

• This is where you will find us most often and can clarify your concerns with us

• Flyers for bike tours, hiking trails and excursion destinations are available here

• You are also welcome to come by and enjoy a coffee on the reception terrace

• You can also Buy regional goods such as beer, wine, honey, etc. in our small shop

 

Rental bathroom

• The rental bathroom is fully available to you for the duration of the rental

• Can also be available spontaneously

• No final cleaning required by you

 

Rental car

• If you book the camper convertible, it is available to you for the whole day

• You just have to return it with a full tank... and in one piece ;)

• No dogs in the car allowed!

 

Rental items

• Whether adapters, cables, compensation material... we have various problem solutions for you

 

Showers

• Are located in both sanitary buildings, although showering in the lower sanitary building is subject to a charge (payment and entry with the transponder card)

• Opening times: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

• Only enter the shower area with bathing shoes that have not been worn outside!

 

Television reception

• On most sites, TV reception is possible without any problems

• For a few sites, despite the lack of direct reception, we have a solution for you, please speak to us at reception

 

Waste disposal

• Paper, plastic and residual waste are separated

• You will also find the glass recycling container in front of the reception entrance

• Next to the glass recycling container there is also a deposit box for beer or apple juice bought at reception

• The disposal of bulky goods is not permitted

 

WiFi

• Our comprehensive Wi-Fi is freely available to you

• For security reasons, we change the password regularly, you will find the new password here or we will tell you about it at reception

 

Wine

• You have the option of buying wine from the opposite bank at reception

• You are welcome to try the wine beforehand, we always have open bottles in stock
