By signing the registration, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions.

 

1. General/conclusion of contract

The following terms and conditions between the guest/tenant and the MoselCamping Bernkastel GmbH campsite - hereinafter referred to as MCB - are irrevocably accepted and recognized upon registration. Supplementary agreements, assurances, information or deviations are only valid if they are confirmed in writing by MCB. A package travel contract does not come about, we are not a tour operator.

 

2. Booking, prices and terms of payment

Booking:

With your request, you offer the MCB, as the landlord, the conclusion of a binding rental agreement. For us as the landlord, the contract only becomes binding when it is accepted in writing or electronically by means of a booking confirmation, or when arrival takes place. This only applies to the confirmed period and the registered persons.

 

Prices:

The prices valid for the booking period are available on the Internet at www.mosel-camping-bernkastel.de. The prices specified in the contract copy have priority. It is the guests' responsibility to check the applicable rates before signing the rental agreement. Furthermore, the MCB is entitled to adjust the prices to the changed market conditions.

In particular in the event of significant changes in procurement costs, changes in sales tax, changes in tourism taxes, visitor's tax or other taxes. The guest will be informed of this in writing.

 

Terms of payment:

Pitch

The total booking amount is to be paid in cash / EC on the day of departure.

Fixed rental accommodation

MaxiPOD for the binding booking is a deposit of 50.00 € to be paid by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid in cash / EC on the day of departure.

IGLUHUT for the binding booking is a deposit of 25% of the

pay the entire booking amount by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid in cash / EC on the day of departure.

When transferring the deposit, the booking number and the name of the person making the booking must be given as reference.

In the case of spontaneous arrivals, the entire amount for the duration of the stay must be paid in cash / EC on the day of departure.

 

3. Withdrawal / cancellation by the guest/tenant

Before the start of your booked stay, you can withdraw from the rental contract at any time without giving reasons, provided you inform us of this in writing by e-mail or by post.

Our entitlement to the agreed remuneration remains in principle, even if you do not start your stay, cancel it or leave early. The following cancellation rates will be charged:

 

Cancellation/withdrawal up to 22 days before arrival – 25.00 Euro processing fee

Cancellation/withdrawal 21 to 8 days before arrival – 60% of the total price

Cancellation/withdrawal 7 to 1 day before arrival – 80% of the total price

 

Shortening of stay / no-show – 100% of the total price

Something unforeseen can always happen. So that you are financially protected in the event of cancellation, delayed departure or interruption of your trip for an insured reason, but also during your stay with us, we recommend the reliable travel protection from ERGO Reiseversicherung.

A closure of the swimming pool or the playground due to technical problems or through official channels is not a reason that entitles you to a free cancellation or discount.

 

4. Arrival, departure, parking space and visitors

Getting there:

The reserved parking space is available to the renter from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, there is no entitlement to earlier availability! The setting up of caravans/mobile homes can be uniformly regulated by us in order to meet the requirements of security and order. The instructions of the employees must be followed. In the event of delays in arrival, the MCB must be informed immediately. The booking remains valid even if you arrive late. If you do not show up, you will be automatically canceled after 10 a.m. on the next day and the booking amount will be charged. The parking space can only be allocated elsewhere by the MCB.

 

Departure:

The parking space must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event of late departure, the landlord can charge fees for the use of the parking space that exceeds the contract according to the price list.

 

Parking space:

A pitch can be used as follows: max. 6 people, max. 2 dogs, either 1 caravan including awning and 1 car or 1 tent and 1 car or 1 mobile home. The laying out of foils in the awning or in the awning area is not permitted.

We accept parking space requests, there is no entitlement to this!! The allocation of the parking spaces in the area you have selected is the sole responsibility of the MCB and is carried out according to the length of stay, use, previous and subsequent occupancy.

 

Visitors:

Only the renter and his fellow travelers named in the contract may use the parking space. All visitors must be registered at the reception before entering the holiday camp. All visitors must park their vehicles outside the MCB premises in public places. The fees for day guests or overnight guests can be found in the price list.

 

5. Space regulations / hygiene concept

Tenants, fellow travelers and guests are obliged to comply with the posted space regulations and the hygiene concept. In the event of gross or repeated violations of the site regulations or the hygiene concept, we are entitled to terminate the contract without notice, even without a warning. The measures from the hygiene concept serve to protect the health of our guests and employees and to meet legal requirements. They justify no reduction claim

 

6. Withdrawal / Termination by Lessor - MCB

If guests or visitors violate the general terms and conditions, site regulations or the hygiene concept, the MCB is entitled to extraordinary termination; there is no entitlement to a proportionate reimbursement of costs. The landlord can withdraw from the contract for objective reasons, force majeure or other circumstances for which MCB is not responsible and which make it impossible to fulfill the contract. This also applies to bookings that are made with misleading or false information about essential facts. Furthermore, if there is a justified reason that the use of MCB's services can endanger smooth business operations, security or public reputation, without this being attributable to MCB's area of control or organization.

 

7. Dogs/Other

Dogs must be kept on a leash on the entire MCB site and must not be left unattended, neither on the pitch nor in vehicles, caravans or in the awning. Your animal's legacies must be removed immediately. Other guests must not be disturbed by barking dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the reception, on the reception terrace, sanitary building, pool area and on the playground.

The use of all facilities on the site such as the playground, panorama pool and the floating jetty on the banks of the Moselle is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

 

8. Liability

All guests, fellow travelers and visitors undertake to treat parking spaces, inventory and rental objects with care. Any damage incurred must be reported to MCB immediately and replaced. The renter is jointly and severally liable for his fellow travelers. The landlord is not liable for damage or losses incurred by the guest, fellow travelers or visitors through his vicarious agents or other third parties, unless intentional or grossly negligent behavior is involved. In particular not for fauna, flora and weather-related damage.

 

9. Privacy

You can view the current data protection regulations at www.mosel-camping-bernkastel.de. With the conclusion of the contract or entry, the tenant agrees that his personal data recorded in the context of customer care for the fulfillment of the rental contract, as well as for guest communication and care in the EDP of the landlord or the third party commissioned by him for this purpose are stored and processed in accordance with DSGVO . The MCB is entitled to take photographs, in particular aerial photographs, for marketing purposes. If persons or property of the lessee can be seen here, which are not in the foreground here, the lessee undertakes to agree to the use of the recordings on behalf of his (underage) fellow travelers.

 

10. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the effectiveness of the rest remains unaffected.

11. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for both parties is Trier.

 

12. Subject to errors

We reserve the right to correct errors as well as printing and calculation errors.
